Fund Raising:
White Oak Goden K has two major fund-raising
events each year -
Pecan Sales and a
Golf Tournament. Both of these events take place in the fall
of each year. One hundred percent of the profits from these fund
raising activities goes directly back into the community. None
of the profits from these fundraising activities are used for
the benefit of the Club or its members.
Pecan
Sales
During November we will take the
Green
Queen and other vehicles on a couple of trips down to the
Ellis Brothers Pecan Groves in Vienna, Georgia where we will pick
up pecans to be sold at two or three locations in Coweta County during
the second and third weekends in November. Exact dates, times,
and places will be announced later.
